Join the centenary spirit! (1926–2026) Join the celebration on Llandudno’s beautiful promenade: the Llandudno Town Band returns for a jubilant Summer Season of free, family friendly concerts on the bandstand! Expect lively, crowd-pleasing brass and wind favourites, stirring marches, timeless classics and sunny, uplifting tunes played against the stunning backdrop of the sea and Great Orme. The season kicks off Monday 25th May and runs every Sunday and Monday evening from 7:30–8:30pm, finishing on Monday 31st August. Deckchairs will be available, so bring friends, family, a picnic or just your sense of fun and settle in for a relaxed hour of top-quality live

In 1910 when Llandudno was regarded as the most fashionable seaside resort in Wales, the Urban District Council asked the local St. Tudno Silver Band to provide entertainment for the many visitors to the town in return for financial assistance (renaming it ‘Llandudno Town Band’).
Over a century later we continue the tradition of performing during the summer months on the promenade bandstand and throughout the year, with services to the Town Council, to charities, the local community and for private functions.

Yn 1910 pan oedd Llandudo yn cael ei ystyriwyd fel y gyrchfan glan y môr mwyaf fasiynol yng Nghymru, fe wnaeth y cyngor lleol gofyn i’r band pres ‘St Tudno Silver Band’ i darparu adloniant i y llu o ymelwyr i’r dref am gyfnewid i cymorth ariannol (yn ei ail enwi ‘Llandudno Town Band’).
Dros ganrif yn diweddarach rydym yn barhau gyda’r traddodiad o berfformio yn ystod misoedd yr Hâf ar bandstand y promenade a drwy’r blwyddyn, gyda gwasanaethau i’r cyngor dref, elusennau, y cymdeithas lleol a digwyddiadau priefat.
