Summer promenade concerts

The May bank holiday is almost upon us which means Llandudno Town Band will be back on the promenade for our summer concert season.

 

We’ll be on Llandudno bandstand every* Sunday and Monday from now until the August bank holiday. Our intermediate band will also be there on selective Thursdays in June and July.

 

Sunday is an evening of hymn signing, where the band will play a selection of popular hymns for you to join in.

 

Monday is an entertainments programme with a mixture of musical styles.

 

Thursday is also an entertainments programme from our intermediate band (14th & 21st June, 5th & 12th July only).

 

All our concerts start at 7:30 and last for about an hour – deck chairs are provided.

 

Why not come along and spend a relaxing evening with us on Llandudno’s beautiful promenade…

 

You will also have the opportunity to buy a selection of CDs (£5 each) and our book documenting over 100 years of entertainment provided by the band (available at the end of our concerts or ask one of our deck chair attendants).

 

 

* All concerts are weather permitting. First performance Sunday 27th May. Last performance Monday 27th August. The band will not be performing Sunday 1st July, Monday 2nd July and Sunday 29th July due to other engagements.
