Lead the music, shape the future. Llandudno Town Band seeks a passionate Musical Director to inspire our players, broaden our repertoire, and strengthen the band’s role at community events and concerts. You will plan and lead weekly rehearsals, create engaging programmes for summer engagements and special events, and work with committee members to build a long-term vision for artistic growth.

We welcome applicants with conducting experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to developing musicians of all ages and abilities. This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on a respected local ensemble and help bring music to audiences across North Wales.
